Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days after purchase. For custom works, the production time will be added to the standard shipping time. The shipping duration depends on the country of origin, the destination, and whether framing is chosen.

Once your order begins processing, we will promptly send you updates via email regarding the order processing and delivery progress. You can also find a tracking link on your order page, which is usually available 2-3 days after purchase (on average). Please note that as we use third-party carriers, there may be slight variations in service for different orders. Some carriers may offer delivery time options, but ArtFlowX does not guarantee delivery at those specific times. Please be aware that tracking information will be sent to you by the third-party shipping service.

The price of the product includes shipping costs. Please note that our prices cover:

  • Insurance. Your order is 100% protected against damage and loss.
  • All customs clearance fees, taxes, and document preparation.
  • Shipping fees from third-party logistics providers. Our dedicated customer service center experts will assist you with any issues during transit. If you have a preferred shipping channel, please contact us via email. We will accommodate the arrangements, which may incur additional costs.

All taxes and customs fees are included in the price of the artwork. In rare cases, the shipping company may require you to pay import fees. In such instances, please pay these fees upfront and send the receipt/bank statement to our customer service center experts. This way, you won’t have to wait for delivery to be reimbursed fully for the fees.

Your order will be delivered to your building or doorstep by a trusted carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). All products are carefully packaged after being inspected and approved by ArtFlowX.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@artflowx. We will respond within 24 hours. It is recommended that you record an unboxing video and take clear photos of any damage upon receiving the package. This will help us assist you better. Your order is 100% insured. If there is a problem with your order, you can apply for a full refund, and all return costs will be covered by ArtFlowX. You may also request repair or replacement. In the latter case, we will handle the repair or replacement without any additional charges.

Each piece on ArtFlowX is handmade by order, and returns are not accepted after sale unless the work is damaged. You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours after the order is effective.
